Parago Mission

Building AI Capability Without the Overwhelm

We help Thai organizations adopt AI technologies through clear guidance, practical implementation, and cultural preparation

Our Story

Parago was established in early 2024 by a group of consultants who had spent years helping large Thai enterprises implement software systems and manage technology transitions. Through that work, we observed a pattern: organizations would invest in sophisticated technologies but struggle with adoption because the human and cultural dimensions were addressed as afterthoughts.

When AI tools began gaining traction in late 2023, we recognized that the same challenge would emerge on a larger scale. Businesses would face not just technical decisions about which platforms to use, but questions about how to prepare teams, adjust workflows, address employee concerns, and build organizational confidence around these new capabilities.

Rather than positioning ourselves as AI technology experts—a crowded and rapidly evolving space—we chose to focus on what we do well: helping organizations navigate technology adoption in a structured, thoughtful manner. We work with businesses that understand AI represents a meaningful shift in how work gets done and want to approach that shift carefully rather than reactively.

Our engagements are structured around specific outcomes: selecting the right vendor, deploying a tool within a defined business function, or preparing an organization culturally for broader adoption. We avoid open-ended consulting relationships in favor of time-bound projects with clear deliverables. This approach serves mid-sized organizations well—they receive focused support without committing to ongoing advisory relationships.

Our Standards

How we approach client engagements and maintain quality across our work

Vendor Neutrality

We do not accept commissions or incentives from technology vendors. Our recommendations are based solely on client requirements and documented evidence.

Fixed Scope Engagements

All projects are time-bound with clear deliverables and pricing established upfront. We avoid open-ended consulting relationships.

Data Protection

Client information is handled according to Thai privacy regulations. We sign NDAs at engagement start and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.

Documentation Standards

All engagements produce structured documentation that clients can reference and use internally after project completion.

Performance Measurement

Implementation projects include baseline measurement and post-deployment performance tracking against agreed success metrics.

Knowledge Transfer

Training and capability building are core components of our work so clients can sustain changes after engagement ends.

Our Approach

We work with organizations at different stages of AI exploration and adoption. Some clients are in early evaluation, trying to understand which technologies might address specific operational challenges. Others have already selected tools and need help with deployment and change management. A few are preparing for organization-wide initiatives and need cultural groundwork laid before technical implementation begins.

Our methodology centers on matching solutions to documented business needs rather than pursuing technology for its own sake. We spend significant time in discovery—understanding current workflows, identifying pain points, documenting constraints, and clarifying what success would look like. This foundation informs everything that follows, whether we're building vendor evaluation criteria, designing implementation plans, or structuring training programs.

We maintain a practical orientation. When we recommend a technology, it's because we've mapped how it addresses specific operational requirements within realistic constraints of budget, timeline, and organizational capacity. When we design training, it focuses on tasks people will actually perform rather than theoretical capabilities. When we propose cultural initiatives, they're tied to measurable behaviors we can track and adjust.

Transparency is important to us. Clients receive regular progress updates, documentation throughout the engagement, and clear explanations when we encounter challenges or recommend course corrections. We prefer to surface problems early and adjust together rather than maintain optimistic facades that delay necessary conversations.

We structure engagements to build internal capability. While we provide hands-on support during implementation, we also ensure client teams develop the skills and confidence to operate independently after we depart. This includes documentation that teams can reference, training that builds practical competencies, and processes designed for sustainability rather than dependency on external consultants.
